Career Management Certification System

In partnership with the National Society of Career Management, St. Edward's University is offering the Career Management Certification System (CMCS), a comprehensive training program that prepares you for the Professional in Career Management (PCM®) certification examination. The CMCS provides a structured approach to facilitate career decision making and planning with individuals and groups dealing with 21st century issues such as advancement, career change, retirement, workforce reentry, work-life balance, diversity, and lifelong learning. The system is comprised of nine modules that prepare you with the knowledge, skills, and systematic framework to deliver career services in a variety of settings: community-based agencies, schools (K–12), colleges and universities, private practice, business, and government.

• Develop winning strategies tailored to various career transition paths
